Its approachable and easy-drinking style makes it a versatile wine, equally enjoyable in a large glass paired with meat dishes or casually in a cup alongside home-cooked meals. It pairs wonderfully with classic Japanese home dishes such as chikuzen-ni (braised root vegetables), nikujaga (meat and potato stew), and sukiyaki.
