Shipping Locations
Our store ships General goods (DOGU 道具) and Alcohol Products (WAIN 和飲) from different locations.
Please note the following:
- General goods (DOGU 道具) and Alcohol products (WAIN 和飲) are sent from different warehouses and will arrive in separate deliveries. They cannot be combined.
- Each shipment has its own shipping fee which will be combined at checkout.

Shipping within New Zealand
We provide shipping services within New Zealand. Shipping fees are calculated based on the product type as outlined below.

Shipping Fees for Alcohol Products (WAIN 和飲)
- North Island: $15.00
- South Island: $19.50
- Free shipping for Wine orders over $200 or when ordering 6 bottles or more.
Notes
If the total weight of your General goods (DOGU 道具) order exceeds 10kg, please consider placing multiple orders or contact us for assistance.
Orders containing both General goods (DOGU 道具) and Alcohol Products (WAIN 和飲) will arrive in separate deliveries.
