This wine delivers a well‑structured profile with balanced acidity and refined tannins, offering dark berry flavours intertwined with hints of cacao, earth, and gentle smoke. Despite its full flavour and depth, the alcohol remains moderate (around 12%), making it both expressive and approachable.

The finish is rich yet elegant, with lingering dark fruit and spice notes that underscore its complexity and make it an excellent match for grilled or roasted red meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
